The Acorn Inn, with two bars and an award-winning restaurant serving a range of exceptional seasonal dishes, is equally popular with locals and guests alike. We are proud to have received the Best Pub award at the Dorset Food, Drink & Farming Awards 2018 and most recently, Robert Ndungu, was awarded Chef of the Year at the Dorset Magazine Food, Drink & Farming Awards. 

The restaurant features smartly laid tables, terracotta tiles, soft lighting and an elegant stone fireplace carved with oak leaves and acorns while mouthwatering dishes make inspired use of the finest produce from local and sustainable sources. The bars serve a range of drinks and traditional ales - the perfect place to relax in comfort and catch up on the day's activities with friends. 

Our restaurants and bars are temporarily closed due to current travel restrictions. During this time, our team will be working hard to ensure our bars and restaurants are ready to welcome you back soon. Room service is available.
